Driaocht
'Driaocht' (pronounced dree-yoct) is the Irish Gaelic word for magic, specifically that which is unseen.
The journal is both inductive and deductive, featuring ideas for art works; exploration of symbols and aspects of the fairy tale genre and information about witchcraft, It is an artist's book, featuring original and copies of my artworks. It also includes samples of work by other artists that inspire me. The covers are hand made from polymer clay, found objects, fibre and acrylic paint.
